stale pastries slow service
The direct access to the mall was convenient. It made shopping easy.
the breakfast was surprisingly bland though, it lacked variety. the pastries tasted stale. i also noticed the pool area was often overcrowded. finding a lounger was a daily challenge and the service around the pool felt slow.

warm staff elegant room magical birthday
The birthday setup in the room included treats and balloons. My son loved it. the service was perfect. the staff was great.
the thermostats for the suite were capped at 21c, i was surprised by this.

Elegant stay with attentive service
elegant decor pleasing view storage space
the hotel maintained cleanliness throughout, showcasing elegant decor. my seaview room provided pleasing views. i found the bathroom luxurious with exclusive amenities, and i appreciated the ample storage space. the minibar had a variety of beverages and the daily housekeeping kept everything tidy.
the thin walls in the guest rooms created a noise issue. on my first night, i was woken up at 5:00 am by noisy neighbors. despite reporting this to the front desk, the issue persisted, and there were no alternative rooms available.

the breakfast offered a great selection from western options to middle eastern cuisine. the hotel boasts very good restaurants. mini burgers were flavorful and perfectly sized for a light bite with drinks.

the gym contains adequate equipment, and separate lockers exist for men and women. a sauna is available in each changing area. i found the pool area nice and the hotel connects to a three-story mall for shopping.

the grand beautiful king room had partial sea views, and kyma beach access. the room decor was soothing and the bed was comfortable. the suite had large windows which enhanced the views.

the staff was generally attentive, and many employees provided amazing service. the hotel offers day and night housekeeping, and i found this convenient. the breakfast service was amazing with only minor issues (the coffee was great!).

flawless palm stay
attentive team complimentary wine efficient luggage management beautiful birthday cake
my experience was amazing i especially appreciated the attentive team they handled every detail from arrival to departure i received complimentary red wine and strawberries upon arrival every request was promptly fulfilled i especially want to acknowledge nishita for creating such a wow moment i also commend magdi valentina and sowan in the lobby for their constant kindness and support shannon fernando and endang provided excellent coffee service each morning soranga arranged a beautiful birthday cake and nelson managed the luggage efficiently
as a frequent traveler i found one minor issue the beach access required a slightly longer walk than expected it wasn't a major inconvenience but guests should be aware of the distance
